The Ballet Educator’s Summer Training Lab 2026
& The Summer Fix Series

1. Program Overview & General Terms
Business Entity
This program is offered by Ballet Reeducation, a business registered in California, United States.

Programs Covered
These Terms & Conditions apply to the following 2026 offerings:

Summer Training Lab 2026 (STL 2026) — a 6-week professional development program for ballet educators running June 15 – July 25, 2026, consisting of three standalone Labs: Foundations Lab, Curriculum Lab, and Teaching Smarter: Dance Science Lab.

Mastermind Collective — a VIP coaching tier within STL 2026 providing elevated access, weekly coaching calls, and post-program support.

The Summer Fix Series — a 7-session live guest mastery series running June 15 – July 25, 2026, available as a standalone purchase or included with any STL 2026 Lab enrollment.
Program Dates
STL 2026 runs June 15 – July 24, 2026. The Welcome Call is June 14, 2026. The Closing Call is July 25, 2026. The Summer Fix Series sessions are distributed across the same period.
Instructor Provision
Program content and instruction are provided by Austin Crumley of Ballet Reeducation and/or qualified guest instructors and co-instructors. Guest instructors are independent contributors and are not employees of Ballet Reeducation.
Access & Platform
All STL 2026 Lab course content is delivered via the official Ballet Reeducation website (balletreeducation.com, powered by Wix). The Summer Fix Series sessions are delivered live via Zoom. Participants will receive login credentials and access links via email upon registration.
Access Duration
Participants receive lifetime access to all purchased course materials unless otherwise noted. Time-limited offers and live session access will follow their own clearly stated timelines. Live session access expires at the end of each session; replay access (where applicable) is lifetime for personal educational use.

2. Labs, Products & What’s Included
Summer Training Lab 2026 — Standalone Labs
STL 2026 consists of three standalone Labs. Each Lab is an independent, self-contained professional development program. Enrollment in one Lab does not include content from other Labs, unless explicitly stated.

Foundations Lab ($349) — Pedagogy and psychology of dance teaching. Self-paced modules with biweekly Thursday live check-ins (Weeks 2, 4, and 6).

Curriculum Lab ($449) — Curriculum mapping, progression design, and lesson planning. Self-paced modules with weekly Friday live check-ins (all 6 weeks).

Teaching Smarter: Dance Science Lab ($499) — Anatomy, conditioning, and seasonal structure. Self-paced modules with weekly Friday live check-ins (all 6 weeks). Co-instructor Delaney joins live for Weeks 4, 5, and 6.
Mastermind Collective ($1,699)
The Mastermind Collective is a VIP coaching tier within STL 2026, capped at 4–6 participants. Mastermind Collective enrollment includes: one chosen focus Lab, lifetime access to the other two Labs, weekly Thursday group coaching calls (all 6 weeks), one Voxer or Slack async response per week, two curriculum audits, access to a private community channel, three months of post-program email support, all Summer Fix Series sessions, and one complimentary year of Reeducators Membership activating July 25, 2026.

The Summer Fix Series
The Summer Fix Series consists of 7 live guest mastery sessions. Sessions are available as standalone purchases at the following pricing:

$47 per individual session

$99 for any 3 sessions

$125 for any 4 sessions

$175 for live access to all 7 sessions (no replays)

$199 for all-access: all 7 sessions + replay access for 6 of 7 sessions
All 7 Summer Fix Series sessions are included at no additional cost with any STL 2026 Lab or
Mastermind Collective enrollment.

Important: Monika Saigal’s session is designated live-only. No replay will be made available under any plan or enrollment tier.

Content Drip & Release
STL 2026 Lab course content is released on a weekly basis throughout the 6-week program. Participants will not receive access to all materials immediately upon enrollment. The release schedule is published in participant onboarding materials.
3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment Methods
Participants may purchase programs using secure third-party payment processors including, but not limited to: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay. All payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of your chosen payment provider. Payment is due upon registration.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate or scheduled access to downloadable and streamed materials, refunds are available only under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@balletreeducation.com no later than 7 days before the program start date (June 15, 2026).

No refunds will be issued on or after June 15, 2026.
-
Participants who purchased the Mastermind Collective or higher-investment packages may be eligible for a refund before June 15, 2026, subject to a 25% administrative fee due to the preparation and resource allocation involved.

The Summer Fix Series purchases are non-refundable after purchase, as access is granted immediately upon enrollment.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
Cancellations & Transfers
All purchases are non-transferable. If you are purchasing the program as a gift, please contact support@balletreeducation.com prior to checkout.

Lab Upgrades
Participants may add additional Labs or upgrade to the Mastermind Collective by paying the difference in price, subject to availability, during the enrollment window. Downgrades are not permitted after purchase.

The Summer Fix Series — Missed Sessions
If you miss a live session included under a Live Access only plan, no recording or credit will be provided. If you hold an All-Access plan, replay links for eligible sessions will be delivered via email within 24 hours of the live event. Monika Saigal’s session is live-only under all plans — no replay is available.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership
All content produced by Ballet Reeducation, including but not limited to video lessons, audio content, downloadable workbooks, templates, lesson plans, handouts, live session recordings, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Ballet Reeducation and is protected under U.S. copyright law.

Guest Instructor Content
Content contributed by guest instructors and co-instructors, including exercise demonstrations, voiceover recordings, and supplemental materials created for and delivered to Ballet Reeducation as part of their engagement, becomes the intellectual property of Ballet Reeducation upon delivery. Guest instructors may retain limited personal use rights as specified in their individual agreements with Ballet Reeducation.

Permitted Use
You are granted a single, non-transferable license to use all purchased materials for personal and professional development. Materials may be downloaded or printed for private use only and may not be shared, sold, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from Ballet Reeducation.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Share login credentials or permit unauthorized access to course content or live session links.

Reproduce, distribute, or modify materials for public or commercial use.
-
Use the content to create derivative or competing educational offerings.
-
Upload content to any third-party platform, public resource site, or social media without written permission.
-
Share, redistribute, or publicly post replay links or session recordings.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and potential legal action.

Studio & Classroom Application
You may apply the program’s principles and methodologies in your own teaching practice. However, studio-wide distribution, teacher trainings, or any public presentation using these materials requires prior written approval from Ballet Reeducation.
5. Live Sessions, Recordings & Technical Access
Live Sessions
Live check-in sessions, coaching calls, and Summer Fix Series mastery sessions are hosted via Zoom. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and compatible device. Ballet Reeducation is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end and will not issue refunds for missed sessions due to technical difficulties.
Session Recordings

Live Lab check-in sessions and Mastermind Collective coaching calls may be recorded for enrolled participant playback. Participants who join live sessions consent to being recorded. Recordings are for enrolled participant use only and may not be redistributed.
​
The Summer Fix Series sessions are recorded where noted. Sessions designated as live-only will not be recorded or distributed under any circumstances. Live-only status is prominently noted in all program materials.

Technical Disruptions
Ballet Reeducation is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by internet outages, third-party service errors, or platform downtimes beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable alternative access arrangements will be made, such as rescheduled sessions or emailed materials, to ensure content delivery.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Not Medical Advice
Content related to dance science, anatomy, conditioning, nutrition, and physical training is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, physical therapy, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before implementing physical conditioning practices with your students.

Not a Certification or Accredited Program
Participation in STL 2026 or The Summer Fix Series does not confer certification, licensure, academic credit, or continuing education credits, and is not affiliated with any official educational institution or regulatory body.
​
No Guaranteed Results
Ballet Reeducation makes no guarantees regarding participant outcomes, studio success, or professional transformation. Results are dependent on individual engagement, implementation, and teaching context.

Guest Instructor Services
Any direct services provided to participants by guest instructors or co-instructors (including but not limited to async voice memo responses, individual audits, or supplemental coaching) are the sole responsibility of that instructor. Ballet Reeducation makes no guarantees regarding those services. Any disputes between participants and individual guest instructors are to be resolved independently. Ballet Reeducation carries no liability for individual participant interactions conducted by guest instructors outside of the core program structure.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballet Reeducation and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to program participation, including but not limited to damages arising from technical issues, missed sessions, or the application of program content in a participant’s teaching context.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively in all program interactions, including live sessions, community discussion boards, private channels, and any direct communication with instructors or fellow participants.

Any disruptive, disrespectful, discriminatory, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund. Ballet Reeducation reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. No class actions or jury trials shall apply.

Policy Updates
Ballet Reeducation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Ballet Reeducation website and/or communicated via email. Continued use of the program or its materials constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Ballet Reeducation collects only the information necessary to deliver program services, communicate program updates, and improve the participant experience.
