The Mastermind Collective Experience
You get all three Labs + then, you get Austin.
Most educators will go through STL learning the frameworks, doing the work, and processing it largely on their own. The Mastermind Collective exists for the educator who doesn't want to do it alone, who wants a thinking partner, a coach, and someone specifically in their corner for six weeks while they build + a small group of other educators on the same journey as you.
There are 5 available spots. I'm purposefully placing a limit so the coaching relationship is actually real.
THIS ISN'T A CONTENT UPGRADE
Every Lab participant gets the modules. Every Lab participant gets the live check-ins. Every Lab participant gets the masterclasses.

Mastermind Collective participants get all of that & then they get something the modules can't give them: direct, personal, ongoing access to Austin throughout the entire six weeks.
Not a Facebook group. Not a comment thread. A real coaching relationship → weekly, async, and built around what you're specifically working on.
LAB ONLY
Modules, live check-ins, masterclasses, community access
MASTERMIND
COLLECTIVE
All of the above + weekly coaching calls with a small group of educators, personal Slack chat access, curriculum audits, private channel, and 3 months post-program support
I've done enough professional development, as a student and as an instructor, to know what makes it actually work.
It's not the content. Content is everywhere.
It's whether someone is in your corner while you apply it. The reason the Mastermind Collective is capped at 5 individuals isn't because I couldn't handle more. It's because above 5, I can't do what I'm actually promising.
I can't know what you're building. I can't catch the specific assumption in your curriculum map that's going to cause problems later. I can't hear your voice memo and respond in a way that's genuinely personal to your context, not generic coaching dressed up as personalization.
5 people means I can actually show up for each of you the way this work deserves. That's the commitment. That's why the capacity is real.
— Austin
WHAT 6 WEEKS WITH AUSTIN ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
MONDAY
Something clicks in a module but you're not sure how to apply it to your specific program. You send a voice memo. Austin responds.
WEDNESDAY
You're building a curriculum map and hit a wall. You bring it to the Friday Mastermind call. Austin coaches you through it in real time.
WEEK 3
You're not just learning the frameworks anymore, you're building with them. And you're not building alone.
Here's what the modules can't do:
They can't tell you which part of what you just learned applies to your specific Level 3 class that's been frustrating you all year. They can't catch the assumption you're making in your curriculum map that's going to create a problem six months from now. They can't hear the way you're describing your studio culture and say "I think the real issue is actually this."

That's what the coaching relationship does. Not because the content isn't enough, it completely is. But because information processed alone stays theoretical longer than information processed with someone who can ask you the right question at the right moment.

Most of the educators who've been through STL came in self-directed. They didn't think they needed the coaching layer either. The ones who did the Mastermind Collective consistently say the same thing: they moved faster, they built more, and they left with something real rather than a folder full of notes they planned to revisit.

You know yourself. If you've ever finished a course, felt genuinely inspired, and then watched that inspiration quietly fade because real life resumed.. that's the the reason for choosing Mastermind Collective.
Most professional development fails not during the program, but in the 60–90 days after it.
When school starts again. When the schedule fills back up. When the momentum of summer gives way to the reality of fall.
That's when the implementation stalls. The curriculum map sits in a folder. The new framework doesn't make it into Tuesday's class. The questions pile up with nowhere to go.
The 3 months of post-program email support exist specifically for that window. You leave STL with a plan. The support is there to make sure the plan survives contact with real life.
STANDARD CONSULTING RATE
$3000-$5000
6 weeks weekly coaching + async access + 2 deep-dive audits + 3 months post-program support
MASTERMIND INVESTMENT
$1699
Everything above + all 3 Labs and live mastery sessions.
That's not a discount framed as generosity. It's a deliberate choice to make direct access to real coaching available to educators who would otherwise never have it, because the professional development market for ballet educators is almost entirely self-directed content, and Austin believes that's not enough.

All Three Labs
Full access to the Foundations Lab, Curriculum Lab, and Dance Science Lab — all content, all community, all check-in calls.

Send Austin a voice memo, a question, or a draft of something you're building & get a direct personal response. Async, flexible, and real.

Submit work at 2 points during the 6 weeks and receive written feedback from Austin with specific, actionable direction. A lesson plan, a curriculum map, a progression sequence — whatever you're building.
Private Discussion Group
A separate space just for Mastermind participants. Smaller, more direct, more candid.
3 Months Post-Program Email Support
The program ends July 25. Your questions don't. Three months of direct email support so implementation doesn't stall when the structure goes away.

Free access to all guest mastery sessions in 2026. Acts as a supportive deeper dive from industry experts in dance psychology, physical therapy & pointe readiness.
1-Year Reeducators Membership for FREE
Activates July 25 so your post-program community starts exactly when the program ends.
5 spots
That's it. First come, first served.
The cap isn't a scarcity tactic. It's the only way the coaching relationship works.
5 people means Austin can actually know what you're working on, respond to your voice memos with real attention, and coach you in a way that's specific to your context.
When it's full, it's full. No waitlist. No second round. No VIP-lite option.
Mastermind Collective is right for you if...
-
You've done professional development before and walked away with good ideas you never implemented, because there was no one to hold you accountable
-
You're carrying something specific you want to build this summer and you know you'll move faster with direct support
-
You're the most forward-thinking educator in your school or studio and you're tired of processing everything alone
-
You want Austin specifically in your corner, not just access to his curriculum
-
You already know you're doing STL. The question is whether you want to do it with coaching
FAQs
What's the difference between Mastermind Collective and just enrolling in all three Labs?
The Labs give you the frameworks. Mastermind Collective gives you direct access to Austin while you work through them. The weekly coaching call, the Slack voice memo access, the audits, the post-program support — none of that exists in the Lab-only experience. If you want to learn the content, the Labs are enough. If you want a thinking partner for six weeks, that's Mastermind Collective.
How does the Slack voice memo response work practically?
Once per week you can send Austin a voice memo, question, or piece of work through Slack messaging and get a direct personal response. It's async and flexible! No scheduled time slot. The expectation is one substantive exchange per week, not unlimited back-and-forth.
What are the curriculum audits?
At 2 points during the 6 weeks, you can submit work (a curriculum map, lesson plan, skill progression, or any document you're building) and receive written feedback from Austin with specific, actionable direction. Think of it as a coaching session in document form.
Can I join the Mastermind Collective if I only want one or two of the Labs?
Mastermind Collective includes all 3 Labs because the coaching relationship is designed to span from a specific focus with a Lab for the summer, then the full scope of Ballet Reeducation throughout the year at your own time. If you're only interested in one Lab and want more support, reach out to support@balletreeducation.com and we can talk through what makes sense for your situation.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
If you've read this far, you already know whether the Mastermind Collective is right for you. You know whether you're the kind of person who finishes courses or the kind of person who needs someone in their corner to actually move. You know whether you have something specific you want to build this summer, or whether you're hoping the content alone will create the momentum.

Mastermind Collective is for the educator who is honest enough with themselves to know the answer.
The spots are small in number for a reason. When they're gone, the next opportunity to work with Austin directly is the following summer. That's not pressure; it's just the math.

If you're ready, the spot is there. If you're still deciding, ask yourself: a year from now, what do I want to have built?
