Cancellation Policy
Booking Lessons: - All private & group lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. - Full payment, or a payment plan, is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will not be eligible for a refund. - A minimum number of students is required for a group class to take place. If the minimum is not met, the class will be rescheduled, and students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds or class credit will be given. Rescheduling Policy: - Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be accommodated based on availability. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be treated as cancellations.
