By purchasing or accessing the Ballet Reeducators Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to protect both you and Ballet Reeducation while maintaining a respectful, supportive, and professional learning environment.

1. Membership Purpose & Eligibility
The Ballet Reeducators Membership is a professional education and community-based membership designed for dance educators and related professionals.
By joining, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You are using the membership for personal or professional development

You agree to engage respectfully within all membership spaces
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Monthly Membership

Billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.

You may cancel at any time through your account to prevent future charges.

No refunds are issued for payments already made.

Access remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Annual Membership

Billed as a one-time, non-refundable payment for a 12-month access period.

Canceling an annual plan prevents renewal but does not result in a partial or prorated refund.

Access remains active through the full 12-month term.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to content, all sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for:

Missed live events or consultations

Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

Early cancellation of monthly or annual plans
4. Educational Use & Disclaimer

5. Content Ownership & Copyright
All membership materials—including but not limited to:

workshops
-
recordings
-
PDFs
-
templates
-
written content

frameworks

discussion prompts
are the intellectual property of Ballet Reeducation.

Members may not:

Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute membership content

Record or screen-capture workshops for redistribution

Share login credentials or transfer access
-
Upload content to external platforms or group spaces
Membership access is individual and non-transferable.
6. Consultations (Annual Plan Only)

Annual memberships include a limited number of consultations, as specified at the time of purchase.

Consultations must be scheduled and used within the active annual membership period.

Unused consultations do not roll over and have no cash value.

Consultations may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
-
Missed consultations without prior notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Ballet Reeducation.
7. Bonus Content & Guest Masterclasses

Bonus workshops, guest masterclasses, and additional resources are provided as added value and may vary over time.

Access to bonus content is limited to the active membership term.

Bonus offerings do not constitute a guaranteed number of events or resources.
8. Community Conduct & Guidelines
The Ballet Reeducators Membership is a human-first, neurodivergent-friendly professional space.

By participating, members agree to:

Engage respectfully and professionally

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful language

Respect confidentiality when others share experiences

Refrain from unsolicited promotion, sales, or recruitment
9. Administrative Rights & Membership Termination
Ballet Reeducation reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access without refund if a member:

Violates community guidelines

Shares or misuses protected content

Engages in disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior

Misuses the platform or services
Administrative decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the community.
10. Content, Platform & Schedule Changes

Membership offerings, content, formats, and schedules may evolve over time.

Ballet Reeducation does not guarantee permanent access to specific content.

We are not responsible for platform outages, user internet issues, or third-party service disruptions.
11. Pricing & Plan Changes

Ballet Reeducation reserves the right to modify pricing or plan features for future members.

Existing annual members retain the pricing and features active at the time of purchase for the duration of their term.
12. Updates to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
