About

This group is a part of the Ballet Reeducators Membership, a year-round support system for ballet educators who want to teach with clarity, confidence, and humanity without burnout.

This membership gives you:

Quarterly Workshops

Evidence-informed lessons on technique, pedagogy, and human-first teaching — each with templates and “try this tomorrow” steps.

2–3 Monthly Q&A Chats

Bring your technique questions, class challenges, or emotional roadblocks. Get guidance within 24–48 hours in a low-pressure, shame-free space.

Monthly Community Circle

A grounding check-in to help you reset each month, connect with other educators, and stay supported through the teaching season.

The Ballet Reeducation Operating System

A research-informed framework designed to help ballet teachers create structured, focused classes without adding more work to their planning. Using the Lesson Arc method (Aim → Constraints → Checks), teachers learn how to reduce classroom chaos, sharpen learning objectives, and see real progress in their dancers. Inside the membership, you’ll apply this system in real time with practical tools, strategic prompts, and direct support for your teaching.
